• Phone or email enquiries: anything you choose to share when getting in touch directly.

The lawful basis for processing your contact details is your consent and my legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Specifically:

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a free initial conversation.
• To send a quote and, if you become a student, manage scheduling.
• To improve the website using anonymous, aggregate analytics.

Enquiries that don’t turn into lessons are deleted after twelve months. If you become a student, your contact details are kept for as long as needed to deliver lessons and meet legal record-keeping requirements (typically up to seven years for accounting), then deleted.

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. It is processed by the following service providers:

• Vercel. Hosts the website and provides the anonymous analytics. Vercel Inc. (USA), under standard contractual clauses.
• iCloud / my email provider. Emails you send land in my inbox at protegefrancais@icloud.com.

• ask me to correct it if it is inaccurate;
• ask me to delete it;
• object to or restrict processing;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
